1. Service description
IPTV Restream offers live television channel restream access intended for customers who operate compatible streaming servers. Access is sold by simultaneous upstream connection capacity and configured after payment confirmation.
2. Live-channel-only scope
Packages provide live TV restream access only. Movies and series / VOD packages are not included.
3. Trial conditions
- Duration: 12 hours
- Connections: 10 simultaneous upstream connections
- Trial starts at first playback
- IP whitelisting is not mandatory during the trial
Trials are provided for evaluation. They are not a permanent service entitlement.
4. Connection limits
A connection refers to a simultaneous upstream channel stream pulled by your server. Exceeding plan capacity may cause failed or unstable pulls for additional unique upstream channels. Paid plans currently start at 30 connections.
5. Paid access & IP whitelisting
Paid access requires payment confirmation and whitelisting of your server public IP. Whitelisting authorizes that IP for access configuration; it is not absolute protection against all misuse.
6. Payment confirmation
Orders are coordinated through WhatsApp. Access is activated after payment is confirmed and required technical details (such as server IP) are provided. Activation is not automatic at the moment of inquiry.
7. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and server IP information
- Configure playlists only in software you are authorized to operate
- Monitor connection usage against your purchased capacity
- Verify that your intended use complies with applicable law and any third-party rights
8. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, abuse support channels, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Sharing access credentials or endpoints beyond your authorized configuration may result in suspension.
9. Channel availability & technical limitations
Individual channel availability can change. Continuous operation of every channel is not guaranteed. Compatibility with every panel or player is not claimed. Network conditions, your server configuration, and upstream source status can affect playback.
10. Support
WhatsApp support is available 12:00 PM–12:00 AM (GMT/BST). Response times vary. Instant resolution of every channel report is not promised.
11. Renewals
Renewals are arranged with the team. Do not assume automatic renewal or automatic billing unless expressly confirmed for your account.
12. Intellectual property & redistribution rights
Purchasing a restream package does not automatically grant broadcasting licenses, copyright licenses, or redistribution rights. Customers must independently verify that their intended use is legally authorized in their jurisdiction and for their audience.
13. Liability limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, IPTV Restream is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, channel changes, or incompatibility with third-party software. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
