Contact WhatsApp to request a 12-hour trial with 10 connections. IP whitelisting is optional during the trial. Follow the reply instructions to receive temporary access details.
-
Evaluate Live Channels
Check channel availability, playback stability, and buffering. Confirm the categories that matter to your operation. Remember that individual channels can change and are not guaranteed to work at every moment.
-
Choose a Connection Plan
Estimate how many unique upstream channel streams you need at once. Paid plans start at 30 connections (€70/month). Review options on the pricing page.
-
Confirm Payment
Place your order through WhatsApp and complete payment. Activation is handled after payment confirmation. Purchases are non-refundable under the stated policy, so finish testing first.
-
Whitelist Server IP
Provide your server public IP for paid access. Whitelisting authorizes that IP to pull streams. It is an access-control step, not a complete security system by itself. Full details: Server IP Whitelisting guide.
-
Configure Playlist
Add the supplied restream playlist in compatible server software. Compatibility varies by panel and player. Universal support for every IPTV application is not claimed.
-
Monitor Connection Usage
Track how many unique upstream channels your server pulls simultaneously. Example: 200 viewers on 20 unique channels may use about 20 connections when each channel is pulled once and redistributed internally. Exact usage depends on your software configuration.
-
Report Channel Issues
If a channel fails, contact WhatsApp support with the channel ID and a short description. Support hours: 12:00 PM–12:00 AM (GMT/BST). Instant repairs are not guaranteed for every report.
Technical Notes
Trial vs paid whitelisting
Trial access does not require mandatory IP whitelisting. Paid access does require your server public IP. See the whitelisting guide for public vs private IP notes.
Restream vs reseller
This service supplies restream access for your server—not a reseller panel for selling end-user lines. Compare models on IPTV Restream vs IPTV Reseller.
Public server IP considerations
Use a stable public IP that your restream server uses for outbound pulls. If your IP changes, contact support to update the whitelist after purchase.
Basic troubleshooting
- Confirm the playlist URL/credentials were entered correctly
- Verify your server can reach the restream endpoint
- Check whether you exceeded simultaneous upstream connections
- Retest a failing channel and report its ID if the issue persists
Connection limits
Exceeding your plan capacity can cause failed pulls or unstable playback for additional unique upstream channels. Choose a plan that matches peak simultaneous channel demand.

Does one connection equal one end user?

When does the trial timer start?
At first playback.
Is every panel supported?
No universal compatibility claim is made. Test your software during the trial.
